Is the spacing between the front and rear cleat on the new Impact Cafe cleat the same as the front/rear cams on the Equip pros?

I was wondering if I could use the Impact cleats with the Equip Pro pedals.

it seems as if time is phasing out the equipe pedals, so i've been wondering if i was to buy a set of impacts for a new bike, if my present equipe cleats will fit the impact pedals.

It won't work. I use both, Impact's on the weekend machine and Equipe's on the daily rider. While Time are definitely phasing out the Equipe's, it's interesting to note that the European pro's continue to use them. We'll see if that trend continues in 2003.
so you use different shoes for each?(nm)rufus

No, the impact cleats are completely different than the equipe series. They also cost over twice as much.
