|Has anyone here noticed that after tough rides their eyes get bloodshot? Lately my rides have involved cold temps (low 20s yesterday) and therefore more exertion than normal.
My wife commented on it yesterday and I looked in the mirror and sure enough it looked like I was either sleep deprived or drunk. I wonder what would cause this.

|im not a doctor; could be very common for all I know, but I've never seen it; not even in competition.
Wonder if is caused by overexertion...blood pressure forcing blood where it doesnt normally go?

|Everytime I go snowboarding my eyes are all bloodshot for the rest of the day... even when I only go for a couple of hours in the morning. I don't know if it's the cold, the altitude, or what. I thought it was dehydration but I've tried several times to drink a ton of water while I ride (w/camelbak) and then I just had to take more nature breaks :-)
I haven't noticed it while cycling though, even in the cold.
