|I just purchased an S510 cycling HR monitor. Can someone explain to me how the 6 files work (F1-F6). When I do a ride, is the current data stored in F1-F5 and when I reset the stopwatch, these totals are added to my totals in F6?
And it seems like I have to reset the trip distance seperate from the stopwatch. Do these totals(trip dist) only post to F6 upon resetting? Is there one step that would reset my stopwatch, other ind. ride settings and the trip dist and add all these figures to my totals in F6?

|I've got the S210. Once you've recorded six exercise sessions, your most recent session is always recorded as F6.
Can't answer your other quesiton about trip distance because it doesn't apply to the s210.

|File 6 is the most recent file and has detailed and cumulative workout info.
Files 1-5 are the 5 prior to #6. I think it only has summary info like exercise time, max HR, and average HR.
THe manual would be your best bet.
