|Read some of the reviews for trainers on this site. It should help you understand the pro's and cons of each. I've had a Kurt Kinetic fluid for two years. These are bomb proof trainers that will last longer than you will. They will never leak fluid due to the innovative design. The road feel is better than the Cycleops trainer I had previously. The Kurt is a $300 unit but it will be the last trainer you buy.|

|I have a cyclops fluid2 that me & my wife have been using for 2 years with no problems at all. We live on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house (also in Boston area) and the downstairs neighbors never hear it. It's quiet, doesn't leak and after about 6-7 minutes there is plenty of resistance. I guess it needs time to warm up?
Anyway, that combined with some yoga keeps me nice and fit until I can get outside again. i'm not brave enough to go out on these 30 degree days. :)
Just my 2 cents. Cheers.
