i admit it. i think a lot of the Landsharks are just kind of hokie looking. i know they get tons of respect, but the green/blue marble contraptions just look like some kind of bad dream to me. but here's a shark that i'd be ever so proud to own.
Nice, but....Starliner

the porky seat makes it look top heavy and slow; an SLR would solve that... cool crank and brake levers though

With gold plate. Harldy porky and a perfect match for the gold theme. I'm sorry but an SLR would not do!

I've never seen a Landshark frame that I didn't think was kinda ugly. They're unique, I'll give them that.

I've seen pictures of Landsharks that look kind of gaudy or tacky to me, but the few I've seen in real life have been pretty simple. The colors were unique and lovely and I thought the bikes looked great.
How old?Fez

How old is the frame?

The rest of the bike looks confused as to which decade its in. Handlebars, pedals, seat don't seem to match wih the newish Thomson seatpost, and threadless Zepp stem.

I like the paintjobs of most Landsharks - most are unique and well done.
Cool bike, it has too many brakes tho'.. :-) nmrwbadley

i owned one of those blue green swirly ones..it was beautiful, I could look at it for hours...too much gold on that one, any gold is too much in my opinion..to each his own.
depends ....Spirito

moi likes gold ano'd parts but its important to have a strong contrasting frame color to make them "pop" and highlight them well.

Whoa, Larry, are you getting a Landshark from Santa?!!?! (nm)Spunout

Thats awfully small for a boys bike. Are you sure it will fit?Kristin

It looks like it would be a perfect fit for me!! But I shouldn't be allowed to own a Landshark...Can you say bull in china shop? Last week I managed to get the door lock realease doohiggy on my condo's exterior door wedged through my rear triangle. My chainstays are nothing but scratches now. I'd be afraid to touch the Landshark. But I could stare at it for hours. Really, its one of the nicest looking paint jobs I've seen. I hope you get it. What will you build it up with??
