|I've tried to buy something from them twice. Both times it took about 2 weeks to even get a response from them regarding total cost and payment information. I gave up and ordered the item through someone else the last time and they ended up giving me a non-paying bidder warning on eBay even though it had been two weeks and I had still not gotten the answers to my questions so I could pay them.
As long as you aren't in a hurry and don't really care about prompt and accurate communication I think you'd be fine with them .....

|I have to agree with the post above. If you are in a hurry or don't know for sure if you want a certain item without asking something, go somewhere else. They are slow to ship and forget email responses.

|I've only dealt with O2 once, it was a positive experience. The turn around time was reasonable.|
|Their HRMs are cheap on E-bay but...||biknben|

|I talked to a guy who ordered from them and the user's manual that came with his HRM was copied. Apparently their monitors are intented for the Canadian market and the user's manual is in French. They got a hold of an English version and made copies. They even had negative feedback on E-bay because of this. Sounded cheesy to me and I made a point of avoiding their auctions when I got my HRM.|
