The Giordana sizing chart on ProBikeKit shows only waist sizes and seems a bit off?? I'm 5'10" and 150 and it suggests a 5/XL. Anyone have any experience here?

I think Euro sizing is a bit different, but not that much. I'm about the same size as you (actually exactly the same from the height and weight you gave), and I have some CP-4 Silverline bibs size medium (US sizing), and they fit fine, but they are slightly shorter than my Louis Garneau bibs.

I am 6ft 1' & 195lbs & a size 6 fits me perfectly. I know someone of your build who wears size 4 in everything Italian, including these bib tights so I recommend a size 4. A size 5 would prob be too big.

I called ProBikeKit yesterday before I saw your post. They stuck with the size 5 recomendation but agreed to exchange with no additional ship charge if they didn't fit. I think you're right - I bet a 4 is going to be better than a 5.
Good luck. I live in uk & shop there regularly.nmStevieP
