anybody know of any good, lightweight (ti rails) saddles not made of leather? a lot of the popular saddles have lower models with synthetic covers, but the rails are usually cro-mo or magnesium. thanks. -kt

SDG makes the S7000 Ti and Comp Bel-air Ti with all kevlar covers in blue, red and black. These saddles have Ti rails. The kevlar cover is very durable. They are available from Cambria bike.

The cover is made of Lorica and it has Ti rails. I'm not sure if they are out yet , I got mine through a non retail source. Very well made and light too.

as far as i know it doesn't eat any animal products ;-)

unless Proofhide contains Lanolin (but thats from wool and them sheep get too hot without a haircut once a year anyways). rumor has it that the Brooks factory is the oldest known Yurt with a canteen that serves only carob, granola, soy milk and dandelion tea.

... approved by PETA (no, no, no ........ thats the lesser known organisation People Eating Tasty Animals)
