I keep seenin low priced ultegra equipped Fuji and Scattante road bicycles on the web. Can anyone tell me of the pros and cons of these bicycles other than the obviously poor resale value?
I don't own either....but....Gregory Taylor

The Fuji is generally viewed as being a pretty good deal. The company is about 100 years old, the brand is well-established over here, and the "Team" frames are well-respected as cost-effective race bikes.

As for the Scattante, lord knows. The prices are attractive.
I test rode and liked a Fuji Roubaix.dzrider

Two of the best shops in the area carried them in '99. I thought it was a best buy back then and have recommended friends get them. Scattante?

I had a Fuji Cross and liked it. It was a True Temper steel bike. I sold it because I wasn't crossing with it and didn't need a fourth bike.

A friend bought a Fuji Team from Colorado Cyclist and has been pleased with it.

Fuji has a fairly long history of making quality bikes. As far as Scattante goes, I alway figured they were the SuperGo house brand. I know nothing about them.
