|I alternate between my 11x21 for intense quad popping twenty milers and my 12-25 for long distance high spinning training. I wonder if anyone else does this and what benefit if any it has for them.
When I climb my 13% grade for two miles in the 21 cog, my my form has to be perfect or I will blow a gasket (i.e. quad). When I switch to my 25'er I feel like I am riding a triple ring rig.

|I do this too. Pretty much the same exact thing you do. I race with an 11-23 usually (split the difference).|
