Does anyone know of any custom alu. frame builders? If so web sites, contacts and personal opionions appreciated.

Chris Huber at www.huberbikes.com is supposed to do some very nice work. I imagine Co-Motion will also build you a custom frame if you ask them nicely...

I have had a couple of friends get bikes from them. They are really nicely done with beautifully filed welds. They take an amazing amount of measurements to create the a really well fitting bike. Check out www.cyfacusa.com

Carl Strong has a growing reputation for high quality frames. He can build you something using steel (Foco is his favorite), aluminum, titanium, or scandium.

Cannondale does, for the CAAD 5 frames currently and the CAAD 7 frames in Feb.
