|I have before me a fax sheet of new specs. All are a good start, except I note that it has not proposed any change in STA, and I suspect that's because they are still hoping to use the same rear triangle. I'd like the STA change both because it will bring the BB back a tad (thus adding additional help to the problem) AND because it will ensure that they abide by the agreement to build a new frame.
I'll be getting back to them on it today. It is a good thing this isn't my only bike (though my retro ride is a boat anchor mostly for leisure purposes) 'cause I'm thinking that this is going to be a long process.

|good thing that it is this time of year.
Sounds like the change in STA with the same TT will not only move the BB back but will change your reach. Are they springing for a new Stem?
You're more patient than I would be.

|Actually we're doing a slight tt increase too. I've always had the feeling that I could tolerate a little more reach on the bike. For now, I'll try that with the same fork, and if needed to swap I will (though I haven't gotten into who would pay... I'd probably just eat that).
