Frame builders in San DiegoUncleMoe

Does anyone know any frame builders in San Diego. I don't really need a new frame, but I have an existing frame that I want to get an Eccentric Bottom Bracket installed in for making a Single Speed.

Thanks for any leads...
The ultimate, I'd say a top 3 US builder. Bill Holland. nm.No_sprint

They're not frame builders, but they're custom bike builders, and at least one of their guys is heavily into singlespeed. They'd be interesting folks to get to know, and would be able to direct you to framebuilders.
Is the the Soul Cycles you're talking about?.....gogene

... its the sort of LBS you would go to for the parts to build up a soulcraftbikes frame. They don't have a showroom full of bikes, just a small rack of bikes awaiting delivery plus a few used and personal bikes. They have a display case full of high-zoot components, and sit down with someone who wants a special bike built and select the parts and build if for them.
