|Hmmmm, politics does make for strange bed fellows ( http://www.whatwouldjesusdrive.org/action/call.php ). Seems like SUV bashing is becoming quite the PC thing to protest, just never thought it would come from religious groups :-) On the up side, they do promote cycling (yeah!) as responsible transportation, and the idea of purchasing the most fuel efficient and least polluting vehicle available that truly fits your needs, which is not a bad idea to promote.
And the LORD said unto Moses, "Come up to Me onto the mount, and be there; and I will give thee tablets of stone, and a law and commandments which I have written, that thou mayest teach them. First, thou shalt not covent a Lincoln Navigator, no matter how many features it possesses. Second. . ."
However, this whole story begs the question:
What would Jesus ride?

|There is no good in trying to speculate what type of vehicle some dead profit would drive. He lived a long time ago, before any type of motorized vehicle came about.
I speculate he had no thoughts, good or bad, of SUVs or any other type of motor vehicle. My speculation is based on the fact no scrolls have ever been found telling stories of Jesus and the automobile, or specifically, The SUV.
The life of Jesus has nothing to do with the premise of this campaign and therefore detracts validity from the basis itself. I mean, what light can some dead guy shine upon some topic he never considered? And, who can be so bold as to speculate the thoughts of someone else?
Jesus, I'm preaching. . . Sorry.

|I am no religous zealot, and make no claims to know the bible verse for verse, but I was under the impression Jesus had a Honda, because I thought somewhere in the bible it said Jesus and his disciples were in accord.|
