I took the plunge this evening and took a razor (three actually) to my legs and discovered a load of scars on my schins that I had only the slightest idea of before...damn they're ugly. I must say that I have a new found respect for women who keep their legs clean all the time, especially the backs of the thighs...they're a major PITA to shave cleanly. We'll see over the coming winter months if I'll get used to the idea of clean legs and keep it going or get lazy and let it grow back, but for the moment...does anybody need enough newly shorn hair to make a small wig ?
It's amazing what you findmickey-mac

The first time I shave my legs, I found the Lindbergh baby and Jimmy Hoffa.

I did mine the first time about 10 years ago. With all the blood and hair that was in the tub, you'd think it was either the scene of a mob body disposal or I had shaved a yak!

I particularly like what I call my "knee surgery" scar, as I have never had knee surgery. It's a weird "Y" shaped scar on the outside of my knee. I don't know when or where it's from, but it looks like it was caused by a nasty cut.

I get to wear the scar tissue of 8 nasty chain ring holes on my calf as a bag of honor....(after a nasty MTB crash a few years ago, I had to "remove" the chain ring from my calf)
heh....'bag of honor'...nmcollinsc

The first time I shaved my legs, I noticed a lump. When the doctor cut it open, he found some teeth and a small spinal cord..... yes, it was my twin.

just kidding

That actually happened to my uncle, but it was in his lower back/upper gluteal area.
