Anybody have any interesting pedal stroke drills that they use to improve their form while riding indoors. This is my first off season on a trainer and I'm looking for some tips on improving my form.

There are a few pointers I have gleaned, mostly for working on your weak parts and relaxing:

Lemond: Pretend you are scraping mud of your shoes at the bottom, like pulling back.

Lemond: At the top, have the sensation that your knee is going to kick the handlebars (impossible, but just try it!).

Friel: Relax your toes.

For a masher to become a spinner, one leg at a time, other out of the pedal, create momentum by using the upstroke rather than the downstroke. Repeat other side, put them together. Also, *should feel pillows under your feet and even all the way around*.
Can't wait: One-leg on rollers, her I come(crash). (nm)Spunout
