|I saw the previous post on bb creaking. I have some when I'm climbing, but I'm not real sure if it's the bb or maybe the bars. Any thoughts or suggestions? Also, if it's the bars, how do you correct this? Thanks!|

1) Tighten your front QR a little bit.
2) Hopefully you have a stem that allows for easy removal of the face plate. If so, unscrew the 2 or 4 bolts on the face place and lube all of the contact surface with a light coating of lithium grease. If you don't have the easy-off faceplate, i believe you have to pull all the stuff (tape, levers, computer, etc) off of one side of your bars.
hope this helps.

|I was plagued with a creak for months. Tried everything. It turned out to be the springs on the Shimano 535 pedals. Now before every ride I drop oil on the springs.

|I'm hesitant to try to give advice, but my seat clamp drove me nuts and got everything on my bike looked at last summer. I found it when I noticed that it stopped when I stood up.|
|Thanks for the info..........[nm]||bent_spoke|
