How to buff out scratch on Ti frameDonger

I've read posts on this topic in the past but didn't think it would ever happen to me. Well my wife's bike tipped over during a rest stop last weekend and the top tube got scratched up pretty good. I recall someone recommending using a brillo pad? I didn't have much luck searching the archives and would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

P.S. Glad it wasn't my bike... :-)

...these come in different colors (for different levels of abrasivness)and work well on Ti. ScotchBrite pads, like you need, can be found at automotive parts stores or where ever automotive paint supplies are sold.
