About to start riding indoors...how long until boredom?Fez

I've never ridden indoors before. I set up the bike in front of the TV (combat boredom) and window (cool draft).

I usually ride 2 hours per ride outdoors. How long can I reasonably expect to ride before boredom and stagnant air/heat kill me?

Should I turn off the computer speed and distance functions because they will differ from a road ride? Should I just use the cadence and heart rate functions to replicate a good road ride?
10 minutes tops. But if you can open a window, ride outdoorscory

I hate it, which is one reason I have a couple of beaters (one old rigid mountain bike and one roadie with fenders) so I rarely have to do it.
If you can stand to have a window open, though, you probably can ride outside. Darkness is a problem, but with even semi-appropriate equipment, it's not hard to ride in temperatures at least into the 20s. Check www.icebike.com or post again and someone can give you some advice.
