Got the buy 2 get 2 deal with my Cyclops trainer. Have been giving it some string consideration. Great way to keep me motivated, drop quite a few pounds, and be ready for the bike leg of a tri in July. Your .02 cents? thx. joe

I signed up with CTS this last summer and did their program for about 3-4 mos. I think the best thing about it was that it taught me how to train properly, not just go out and hammer every ride. I went from getting dropped in Cat 5 races to top tens and ready to move up to cat 4 just ran out of season. If your a serious cyclist, or money is not a concern, i would definately recommend giving them a go, especially since you have the deal. The program I was on called for riding 6 days a week, one of those being an easy 30-60 minute recovery ride. I may sign up again next summer to get to that next level. good luck.
