|Looking to buy a trainer for my wife. Just got her a bike with 650 wheels(47 cm). Does any trainer work with these smaller wheels?

|I have a Cyclops and it works great. Any trainer that says it will work with a mountain bike will work with a Tri-bike.|

|I have used 3 cycleops trainers and they all work just fine with my tri bike (650 wheels). I cant speak for other brand trainers, but i'm 99.9% sure they all work. Better yet though, get rollers. I havent touched my trainer this year yet since getting my Kreitlers. Rollers help take some of the boredom away (atleast for me) because you have to concentrate a little bit to stay up.

|Yeah, I use rollers too and had actually thrown away a real old model of trainer this year. however my wife has never used rolers, and had meniscus knee surgery 2 weeks ago and needs to rehab her knee. I don't think learning how to use rollers(and risking falling off them) is what she needs right now. You're right though, rollers are much less boring and simulate riding a lot better.
Does anyone share rollers? Is it worth the hassle of changing the front drum to a different position each time due to different sized wheelbases? Or just get a second set of rollers if two people use them.
