As unusual as it looks, this was not a mistake the rider apparently suffers from spinal problems and needed the high bar position.

Talking about spacers and stack height is one way to make it through the next few months. Of course, there's always skiing and snow shoeing and overeating at the holidays...

I would venture to guess that the geometry is spot-on for what the owner and Tom were trying to achieve. NJ--you're right; Tom posted some info on this bike on his site a while back.

I agree with TJ--the masses who would have us believe that they all ride with 10 inches of seat to bar drop should spend more time riding and less harping on how others set-up their bikes.

I think I know the owner of this bike. He's a nice guy with a very large bike collection. They're all set up in a similar fashion.
