Saddlesore Links store - any experiences?BenR

http://www.saddlesore.net/005.htm

I placed an order on their website 3 weeks ago and have not heard back from them, other than the electronic email response. They didn't claim my Paypal payment for 2 weeks until I cancelled it and they failed to answer any of the 3 emails I sent them. Does anyone know if they went out of business or just crappy customer service/major miscommunication? They've got wire-bead Conti grand prixs and a cinelli quill stem adaptor for dirt cheap that I can't afford for normal prices, otherwise I wouldn't continue to waste my time on them. Just curious if anyone else has done business with them in the past. Thanks.

I have orded tires from saddlesore.net and have never received them.I placed order on 8/26/02 and haven't had any reply from numerous e-mails. Also tried calling several times, only to get a busy signal. I sent in a dispute form to my credit card company and haven't heard from them either.I'm out $120. I hope they didn't get your money. Good luck.
