I have some Michelin Air Comp Latex tubes, and would like to know how to patch them?

Just use a regular patch kit...the ones where you vulcanize the tube before you put on the patch. I've done it several times on my latex tubes. It works great.
Most patch kits say "good for all tube types" (nm)Kerry

Where would get a patch kit like that, I haven't seen one since I was a kid.

You can get them at pretty much any bike shop or catalog, I'd say. You can try...

OR

Either way, it'll cost you about $1.50-$2.00 for a kit, and shipping should only be about $5.
