It looks to me like the seller has no bidders at all. so maybe people AREN'T willing to pay what he's asking.

For $1200 I can buy a BRAND NEW 100% full custom Carl Strong Foco steel road frame or for $1295 I can buy a used, no warranty, off the shelf Foco Cervelo frame with a wet noodle for a fork Look HSC-3. Gee, that's a real hard decision, NOT!!!

Lower your opening bid about $700 and you might get a taker. LOL
