I have used 3T ergo bars for the past twelve years and have had no problems. I juse recently changed to Deda 215 ergo bars and see some likes and dislikes between the two. I now have a conventional bend shallow drop Deda 215 bar on the way to see how it feels. I think it is a pearsonal issue and you should see what feels best to you.

I just cannot get comfortable in the drops. The drops are also too short, meaning that I almost miss the bars and bite the stem on occasion when changing positions.

I am leaning towards Deda 215 "Deep", as I like a horizontal top and a deep hook. The angle of the drops when the bars are oriented in this manner should be perfect for my hands (and sore wrists!).
