Changes for trainersTREKY

I just started using a trainer and was wondering what changes if any that you make on your bike set up to ride indoors as opposed to outside.Saddle positions,wheels/tires or even a different cassette.I've found I needed to tilt my saddle slightly forward for comfort.
uh..how exactly do you 'tilt' 'forward'?? nmcollinsc

I change out the rear wheel for a old spare wheel with a 12/21 cassette. The tight gearing is nice on a trainer. The wheel also has junk rubber on it.

Saddle and every thing else stay put.
