Are there any tips or tricks you can use to stop your throat from drying out during a test? Typically, they have you bite down on a mouthpiece which holds the tube up to your mouth so you can't swallow and keep the back of your mouth moist. Was that a run-on sentence? Anyway... I don't plan on doing this very often but it would be nice to remedy the dry throat problem the next time around. That was the worst part of the whole test.
I don't think it is possiblePODIUMBOUNDdotCA

I did one a week and a half ago but I didn't get that. I can't think of any way to remedy it though. Its usually just over a 12 min test and at most your throat will be dry for probly less than half that so just concentrate on something else to take your mind off it. Make sure to take a small drink of water before the test too.

how about a sip of gatorade?Frith

That stuff always leaves a slimey layer in the back of my throat.
