|I'm debating about what rollers (reasonably priced..not Kreitler) to buy for the winter and am curious about this brand. Thanks.|

|The group I used to train with here in Calgary has about 30 of them that we ride on and they aren't bad. Over time they did begin to have minor problems and do wear down but thats with a lot of riding. Aluminum rollers do have their advantages. I know my kreitlers are a lot smoother than the minouras and they do have a lifetime warranty against any problems but of course you pay for this. If its your first off-season on rollers the Minoura will serve you well.

|Got my first set recently from Performance (refurbished). Seem pretty good to me: they do roll! Fold up pretty small, too. Can't compare to anything else in the same price range. Unless they tear your tires up more than the Kreitlers no reason not to go with them. Don't notice any tire wear right now. Pretty close to moving out of my doorway now too.

|I'm now into my third winter with mine. I'll use them about twice a week from Nov - end of January. Narry a problem. Good deal for the money.|| |
