suggestions.....african

I am looking for suggestions on tires, sew ups, tubulars to use for Iron Man Florida. I am putting them on a hed deep and hed jet 2000. At the moment I have a continental sprinter front and UFO back. I want to replace these with brand new tires to race on and use the two old ones as spares. So any suggestions on tubulars, where to get them etc....

Cheers

I've used Conti Sprinters and Vittoria Corsas. The Vittorias are vastly supporior in quality and feel. Though a little less puncture resistant. To me the Contis feel like clinchers. The Vittorias offer the ride that tubulars are known for.

I'm planning to experiment with Tufo the next time I order tires. They offer some light tires while claiming to be more flat resistant. We'll see.

The most common tire I see there is the Conti competition 19 tires. The roads are super smooth and super clean, so don't worry about lightweight tires being too fragile.
