First set of clipless in the next few weeks and now Im thinking Speedplays because my right knee's been bothering me for about 5 weeks. I have toe out pronation, and had to get cants under my bindings to straighten them out. Will Speedplay X/Zeros do the trick or do I need CX7s. Ca ching!!
Cant the cleats instead, save $$$ (nm)Spunout

Get custom orthotics made by podiatrist who knows sports stuff. It really solved a lot of my problems for both skiing and road biking - two area where I've had the most trouble with my over pronation problems. For the record I use Side shoes with Campy Pro Fit pedals and just slip my orthotics inside the shoes before I go riding. There's always hell to pay if I ever forget my orthotics.
