How many miles is a metric century? One is being held Saturday in a nearby town and I'm thinking of doing it. I seem to remember 66 miles? Is that right? I read once what the length is, but I forgot. So please help out the memory-impaired, folks. Thanks for all replies (yes even the sharp-tongued humorous ones, lol).

100 km = 62.13712 miles

Excuse the accuracy of the answer, but I wouldn't want you to bonk on account of my saying 62.

Should be a breeze if you have been counting on 66 miles.

I believe 10K is 6.21875 miles so a metric century should be 100K which is 62.1875 miles.
