I'm considering either the Profile Airwing or Syntace Stratos for my next ride, which will most likely be a road frame with some tweaks for triathlon. I'm strongly considering the cowhorn bars, but I'd like some feedback first. What are the pro's and con's of these bars? Does anyone use the ones I mentioned, or can you recommend some other bars which are close in price (ie CHEAP)?

Syntace, light , strong, multiple degrees of drop and drilled for internal brake cables... some of the older Profiles weren't drilled (be aware).

Syntace in combination with their Space Control levers is a winner.

I have a set of older Profile Cow-horn bars on my fixed-gear. They work well, although I like to have them tilted up a bit more than most do. I also have a reverse end lever for the brake. The downward curve of the shoulder of the bar was just a bit more than I was expecting, though..
