Can anyone recommend good training tires for wet weather? Traction and puncture-resistance are my main concerns. Fairly low cost would be nice :)
We've had really good results with Performance Forte KevlarMB1

The 700X26 are really tough and ride ok. The skinner sizes don't seem to be as tough or hold up as well-size matters.

We ride big miles in every sort of weather and sometimes on roads that have been cindered (a truly awful thing to do to a road that bicycles are going to use). The only tires that we have found to hold up are the Forte Kevlars (700X26).

I look for them to be on sale and stock up but the price is pretty reasonable anyway.

YMMV
