Any recommendations on training videos?wtma

Now that it's starting to get dark earlier and earlier, any recommendations on videos? At this point, I'm mainly riding for fitness, so I'm looking for something other than ESPN to look at. Are those Spinerval or Cycleops videos any good? Which one of the spinerval videos would be good to start with? Or am I better off just getting some TdF or other race videos? Thanks.
I suggest this one. Its the best.onespeed

I hate it when I post and get a bunch of smart assed irrelevant answers. I have a couple of the Spinervals Videos, muscle breakdown and suffer o rama (or something like that). Got 'em at Performance. They really do help pass the time. Basically, they step you through the workout, intensity levels, what gear to be in, etc. I also just like watching regular TV or movies when on the trainer or rollers. Helps relieve some of the boredom.

i have about 5 of the spinervals videos and i love them all. i have tried just watching tv or movies or even doing workouts from books on the trainer but got so bored so fast. spinervals are never boring at all and give a great workout. they are all tough, so just pick one that sounds good to you.
