trying to compare size to a 29" MTB wheel. Same size?

more of the same standards mix-up on bikes, i.e. my 100mm suspension fork with 3 inches travel in the rear. Or my 24" bars on my 120mm stem on my 1 1/8" headset. Or...

It's 700c, not cc.
