I've measured the strength of each leg independently with a leg press. My right pressed the maximum load the machine could supply, about 430 pounds, with strength to spare. My left could barely press 380.
Years ago, before I reinforced them, I used to regularly break handlebars. The right side always failed. I pull up on the bars during max-effort climbs and acceleration. |
