I'm looking for a track bike could I find one there? I guess thats a stupid question, do you have any advice on buying one there? I plan on going from philly, how far is it, and what way should I go? You can just give me the basics for directions, I should be able to figure it out.

You shouldn't have a problem finding a track bike there! Always a ton of frames & built bikes. Everything is always neg. & most people let you try before you buy. Past couple years Marty Nothstein has had a stand there. Navigators selling off old equipment...etc... Good stuff!

Here is a good tip though..get there very early!!! Gates open at 9:00am. When buying, I've always been there by 7:00 or 7:30 am. Always 1st in line with coffee & Wall Street Journal. Take folding chair & backpack. You either wait an hour or two at the front of the line, or an hour or so at the back waiting to get in. A big plus is that you can watch the vendors coming in & if you see something you like, make an offer right then & there before they carry it in!

There was some super deals last year. The Specialized tent was practically giving stuff away..most 75-80% off retail. How about long sleeved Specialized heavyweight T-shirts for $1.00 each?? Carnac shoes marked $199 (brand new,in box) for $25.00 !!! Can't wait!!!!

This is my first year selling...the wife made me do it. If you're selling, watch out for thieves...so sad. I heard some horror stories from some vendors last year. One guy lost a brand new pair of Zipp 404's...sad, sad, sad. I'll be at space #37....where that is....who knows..

Should only be about an 1- 1 1/2 hours from Center City Philly. Super easy to find. Burger King at the Rt 100s exit if you need Breakfast, Also some good diners along rt 222 south (past the velodrome.)
