|We all have those things we want to do and we all know winter is the best time for them.
I'm getting two bikes repainted and finally building the fixed gear-century machine with all Miche parts

|1)turning the molteni merckx into a fixed gear. almost done! just need to build the wheel and install levers!
2)the 25 pound rain bike. thron steel frame w/oclv fork and leftover 9 speed ultegra(including the tiagra shifters that came on the 'cross bike.)
3)build new 'cross rig. jamis nova (631 reynolds) with dura-ace drivetrain (old 9 speed stuff), deda magic bar and stem and ritchey cranks and wheels. waiting for ritchey 'cross cranks from cambria ($75 with shipping on closeout!!!), need to run the derailleur cables, true the wheels and give it a final once over!
the sickness is taking hold once again!

|Building my fiance a titanium criuser, sort of.
She really doesn't care but I got a titanium mountain frame for free from a friend, the catch being that it has a crack that needs repairing. Anyway, I'm going to build it up into a flyweight street-bike/cruiser for her. Single speed, 1in slicks, moustache bars. She won't even know how good of a bike it's going to be.
Maybe I can get under 15 lbs...

|Building up the $45 Tange frame with Carbon fork as an urban asault bike to tow my 5 year old around on his trail-a-bike and to pull the 9 month old (will be by then) around in the burley next summer.
Anyone got some parts they want to donate!

|I wanna pro-grade service stand right in the middle, and a big pegboard with all the bike tools and parts, and good lighting.
Then I'm gonna take all the parts I buy this weekend at Trexlertown and do what you're doing, build up a fixed-gear roadbike, aiming at double centuries and shorter brevets, from my '74 Paramount frame and as many vintage Campy parts as I can scrounge.
