|Does anyone have any info on wingate results for trackies or sprinters? I am looking for the peak power and if possible any other information such as fatigue index. Also any research on the power output out of the saddle as compared to in the saddle?
Thank you to Peleton who found me an article that had norms for max power in the 5-100% percentile but this wasn't for cyclists.

|I have done a few wingates in the past and seem to remember the numbers that national level guys were 1400 watts and up. Some of the top international sprinters can hit 1700-1800 watts( well over 15.5 watts/kilo). Thats not to say lower #'s on the wingate mean you won't be a good sprinter because skill/strategy play a huge role in winning match sprints. Those #'s may be a little off but I think they're pretty close.|| |
