|Anybody got a recommendation for a custom cycling jersey?
The problem is that I only really need 1-3 jerseys -I want to provide them as prizes for the top finishers in a charity bike ride.
I'm figuring I might have to just get some ordinary jerseys and have some screen printing done on them or something. Anybody had experience with this?

|Unless money is no object, based on my experience 1-3 jerseys would be prohibitively expensive for a custom jersey order. The prices are on tiered scales, the more you buy the cheaper per unit cost.
Also, unless you have some talent at graphic design and layout, you'll likely need some design help with the jersey. Those costs are usally above and beyond the production costs you see quoted. Those costs are the same regardless of volume. You would only have 3 jerseys tops to spread the design work costs around to, making your per jersey real cost even higher.

|Thanks for the advice Scot -sort of what I thought.
I might try silk screen printing one of my plain jerseys as a test to see if it works.... then buying one of the "team" jerseys from Nashbar/Performance and printing on lettering.
I think from your email keeping it simple as possible is key. Other than that, I might have to dismiss jerseys as an idea.

|Go to www.voler.com and click on the "Need it Fast?" button in the upper left corner, there's no minimum's but you don't have as much latitude in your jersey design.|| |
