|Today marks Lance's 6th year as a cancer survivor. One has to wonder would a bunch of us even be here at RBR if it weren't for Lance's comeback? How many people outside our little RBR community hopped on a bike inspired by Lance's accomplishments? What are the chances that any TV station in the US would carry any of the Grand Tours without Lance? Despite all the things that may be wrong in the world or society, some people are actually making a positive difference in other people's lives. There are lots of things to be thankful for. Carpe Diem!|

|Has every right to be.
Many thanks to Lance, especially for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. He/it has made a tremendous difference in my life and the lives of many of my friends and relatives.

|Why today? Is today six years ago the day he got out of the hospital, or the day the docs announced he was cured, or what?|

|his diagnosis with testicular cancer. Really from that day forth your life is forever changed and technically you're a survivor or at least living with cancer. Personally I like to celebrate the day I finished chemo. The doctors say you're cured at 5 years so you could say it's Lance 1st anniversary of being cured as well.|| |
