Hey katie,

I live in the area and ride the roads that course follows. Mostly flat to rolling, just a couple minor hills. Then a big hill, up and back down. It more or less runs North on the East side of Sequatchie Valley, crosses the valley East to West, up and down the mountain, the heads South on the West side of the valley. Part of the ride, if it follows the course of two years ago, travels part of the 3 State, 3 Mountain course held here in the spring. It can be very cool in the mornings; often as much as 10 - 15 degrees cooler than the temps in the Chattanooga area. I don't think the leaves will have turned yet but the area is really pretty. It is worth riding.

If my legs recover from the 6 Gap I plan on riding it. Say hi to the white/blue Raleigh.
