I did a search on "Bianchi 2003" and this popped up:

http://www.bianchi.it/gamma2003/start.htm

Hope you can read Italian. You can muddle through it though.
When are they available? Please don't answer "2003"!Iwannapodiumgirl

The XL EV3 looks real nice in celeste with carbon stays.

I just bought a 2001 XL EV2 (complete bike for A$2500), and parted everything save frame - ended up costing me A$300 for the frame!

Think I will sell that too now....
In Canada - Jan. 2003 - sorry! (more)Cisitalia

I just taked to the Bianchi distributor in Canada and he said in Jan. Maybe the USA will be quicker, need to place a call. Anyways, he said the full carbon frame with Centaur will be $4635 CND retail and he said it weighs 16.5 lbs (frame alone is $2475). The EV3 with carbon stays with Chorus is $6295 CND. I was surprised that in Canada they will not offer these units with better components. I think the Bianchi's in Canada are priced to high for the market.

Do you know from where?

I live in Australia, and have been told no 2003's until May/June! Bloody back-water arse-end of the world country I live in!

That is not *that* much for a carbon frame...
