|Their advice for reducing accidents through responsible and common sense cycling is helpfull. But after reading through their stories of actual accidents (http://bicycleaustin.com/justice/details.html) I came away with the impression that irresponsible motorists are 99% of the problem, and there are virtually no consequences for them when they break the law and injur a cyclist, damage their property or even take their life.
Still better safe(r) (and fingers crossed) than sorry.

|As a messenger I waas almost hit by all of those scenerios. Since then I take the lane whenever possible. It pisses drivers off but I think it's safer.
