If "Pro" is the opposite of "Con" then does that mean that "Progress" is the opposite of "Congress?"

Okay a cycling related one for the Forumn Nazi's. Might have to keep some in the saddle pack and distribute as necessary. . .
. . .and some of these with EXTRA sticky adhesive. . .js5280

... I think you'll get the best use out of those if you put the adhesive on the printed side, and paste them on a windshield!
I like that idea!js5280

Be nice to include the statute that bikes have a legimate right to the road underneath.

Back in high school, they used to stick large annoyance stickers on your window when you parked illegally. Those things sucked but I can see a legitimate use for them now ;-)

? People who have bumper stickers ?filtersweep

Causality? People were driving like $hit long before cell phones. Bad drivers are bad drivers. Period.

I think people who have bumper stickers generally need professional help. They are never as clever as they think they are:

"Why be normal"

"My other car is a __________"

"In case of rapture, this vehicle will be unoccupied " (or whatever)

Political affiliations

Abortion issues

"Mean people suck"

Who cares...?

Do you feel the same way about tattos? Posters? Refrigerator magnets? Non-manufacturer decals on bikes?

I think that bumper stickers look tacky. But if someone else wants to label themselves or their property to make a statement, I don't see a problem outside matters of taste.

"Do you feel the same way about tattos? Posters? Refrigerator magnets? Non-manufacturer decals on bikes? "

Pretty much... I live in a very austere apartment, work in a spartan office...

"make a statement?" What statement do people make with a fishwithlegs-shaped "Darwin?" Or a "My kid can beat up your honor student" bumper sticker... or with a Tazmanian Devil tattoo? Do they think they are being clever? There are still plenty of cars with the "Gore for President" stickers... What's up with having FOUR identical stickers of some local radio station?

Seriously, I don't care... I've just never really understood the "bumper sticker mentality."

There's one for you retros.

I don't use them, but do get a chuckle or two when I notice them. Saw one last summer on a pickup truck not too far from the bike shop that said "Friends don't let friends buy bikes at Mike's Bikes."

Desperately wanted to put a Nader/LaDuke sticker on a Corvair...js5280

I always saw going into work. :-) There's a lot of Nader/Green fans here in the People's Republic of Boulder. Actually a lot of them have left the sticker on. I have respect for those people, even though the Green Party is almost a polar opposite of the Libertarians, at least they have principles. The only time you throw away your vote is when you don't vote your true conscience.

What cryptic cult does the yellow and blue 'equals sign' signify??128

is that some counter point to the 4:20 club, or what?

I appreciate the/your activist use of paper, letters and glue...(careful out there!)

Saw a modest collection on the rear glass of a BMW with just about every IV and prep school on the East coast, I couldn't figure out if she had too many children or one kid who just couldn't find the right fit...Those scenes crack me up, why not just say 'U snob'. oh, it was on a hardship scholorship? ok.
I like the on that says: "college"
And I want to see a sweater as a counter point to "Favorite U Law" That says "BIOLOGY" or "Neuroscience"....

"and culture was reduced to the fewest digestable syllables..mm mm good."
Pretty sure to show support for equal rights for homosexuals- nmjs5280

Many years ago in Quebec, there were a lot of "I love my wife" bumper stickers. After a while, another bumper sticker became popular. It said : "I love your wife".
