Does anybody have experience with wheelbuilders who will do mailorder, and build with a pre-existing, i.e. used hub? I have a rear Hugi hub that I'd like to have built up with new spokes/nipples and a new Open Pro rim.

In their catalog they list a "rebuild" price for people who have their own hubs. I've never used their service though.

Best of luck,
Ken

I've never taken the time to get set up to do it - working out a payment plan, packaging, suppliers and marketing. It looks to me like unless I could get a pretty steady stream of that kind of work, it wouldn't be worth the hassle. I guess my biggest concern would be how to market the service.
CC for sure, and they build a very fine wheel. (nm)RhodyRider
