Newbie to forum as to Road Riding + Question??JustDoIt

Hey there everyone, this a great site for a great sport, a while ago I managed to get a great deal on my first Road bike and got a Trek 2300 composite frame with the stock fork, not to high end components anyways the thing is that the frame is 60cm. and I am 1.81m (about 6'00'') and weight about 210-220 lbs. and feel the frame a little bit too big and I'm thinking about getting another frame. What should be the proper sizing in cm. for my specs.? Thanks to all for your time.

Click the "Discussions" link above, then look to the left where you will see the topic: Idiots Guide to Bike Fit II

Please beware that these methods will put you at a variety of different sizes. Be aware that you will likely need to look at a lot more than the "size" of a frame, albiet most frames fit a generic category of riders with similar dimensions. Fit and such is one of the most common topics so I would also look into the archives as these topics have been addressed once or twice...

good luck
