I'm taking tennis at school during tuesdays and thursday for only 45 minutes each week until early December. Would this be a bad idea? I'm currently doing base training for road riding. My first road race starts in early Feb. I use to play tennis for my high school and thought it would be good to build up my legs/core muscle/ deltoids for sprinting. Could it just damage my knees?

|Cycling can damage your knees just as easily as tennis.
Cyclists are allowed to have interests ouside of cycling. Relax and enjoy whatever it is you do.
