Well, at lunchtime I go on an 11.6 mile loop - which is about 18.7 km. It's mildly undulating terrain with a couple of short but realtively steep hills (enough to slow me down anyways).

Anyhow, personal best was set today at 19.3 mph average speed or about 31 km/h.

The last TT I did was part of a stage race. It was not quite dead flat (couple of long false flats) on an L-shaped course and we had pretty stiff head / crosswinds on 2 legs.

My time was 0:39:01.83, which isn't setting any records but was good enough for 2nd place on the stage (women's 3/4 field).
Don't know, only did a 18mile TTniteschaos

I completed a rolling 18 mile TT course in 0:48:27. I haven't converted the pace into mph or kph, but I'm pretty sure it is north of 22 mph.
just shy of 22.3 mph if you are curious :)joekm

According to my database, it says about an hour for that distance. Might be a bit under or over.

Haven't recorded exact time, but my best average speed for 20 mi is 19.0mph. That's calculated by avg. wheel rotation speed, not Rate=Distance/Time. There are some intersections and other stops that would decrease that 19.0mph if used the latter.

We have a tough 20K TT course (out and back) where times range from a super fast 28:30 to a Cat 5 standard time of around 31 to 32 minutes. Breaking 30 minutes is considered very fast and a regular club rider on his (or her) first time out will do 34-36 minutes.

If you can do 24-25mph as an average on this course, you're a stud or studette.

I've only done 10mile TT, reasonably flat, although I guess that would extrapolate to a time of about 32 minutes. In relation to the last point - I'm moving to California and starting Cat5 next next year. Not looking forward to the crashing!
Depends on the day.Turtleherder

I have a measured part of one of my routes for doing 12 mile time trials. My best time is 30:20, done last year. I tried it again last week and only managed 34:45 and thought I was going to die.
